STAR AWARD
We were absolutely delighted to receive a Star Award from Sunderland HealthWatch this month. The HealthWatch team recognise and celebrate the positive stories and comments they gather from service users about health and social care services and award certificates to staff and services in recognition of their contributions:
“On the 3rd June 2026, Favour and Natalie from our Engagement Team had the absolute pleasure of presenting Haddington Vale, Extra Care Service, with one of our Star Awards.
Haddington Vale was nominated following the overwhelmingly positive feedback from residents during a recent visit by our Engagement Team.
After receiving the award, staff said:
“It was wonderful to see the hard work of all our staff recognised, and especially meaningful to hear how much the residents truly appreciate what they do.”
