We are a certified NAPPI training provider, focusing on ensuring that the people we support are at the centre of everything we do, and that our support is tailored to put each person at the forefront.
INDUCTION TRAINING
We deliver a two-week face to face induction programme to all new staff, which covers the 16 standards of the Care Certificate. Our induction programme provides inductees with the fundamental skills, knowledge and behaviours to provide compassionate, safe, high-quality care.
Following the completion of our induction programme, we carry out observations to assess competency. This is to ensure staff have retained the knowledge and are able to competently transfer this into their role.
As part of our commitment to staff, we provide regular refresher training to keep their knowledge current and up to date with legislation.
