The Role:

• Uphold the rights and dignity of all clients and respect their privacy and confidentiality
• Encourage independence and support the wishes of the service users
• Look after the welfare and personal care of service users assigned to you
• Assist with mobility, eating, washing/bathing and dressing of service users in a sensitive manner and prepare meals and drinks
• Supervise the prompting/administration of prescribed medication and perform any other duties to ensure the comfort of the service users
• Accurately complete all records as requested by line management
• Attend any training courses that are required
